Enrolling Employees For Your Payroll Debit Card Program
The first step in enrolling people in your payroll card program is to have them fill out an enrollment form. You will be provided with enrollment materials designed specifically for your company that includes your payroll departments contact information. Enrollment materials can be provided to you in English and/or Spanish based on your unique requirements.
Once the forms have been filled out, the employee information can be provided to us using one of three ways:
- Fax Method: You or your employee can fax their completed enrollment form to enrollment processing at 972-677-5399. If you choose this method, direct deposit set up instructions will be sent to the employer on the same day the employee's card get mailed out.
- GenpassConnect: This is an online application used to order new cards for employees and to activate instant issue cards. First, the employee turns in the completed enrollment form to your designated program managers who in turn enter the information online. This method can be done 24x7x365 and will provide the managers with the direct deposit set up information immediately.
- Bulk File: Many employers kick off their payroll card programs with an employee meeting designed to enroll as many people as they can from the onset. They can then turn around and send the required information to us in the form of a bulk file. This is typically an spreadsheet of some kind. A sample bulk file template is provided if necessary.
After Enrollment Processing receives an enrollment the employee will receive their PayCard payroll debit card in the mail in 5-7 business days. Additionally, they will have a PIN mailer sent in a separate security envelope that is typically received 2 business days later. They are sent as two different pieces for security purposes.
